Grape Varieties: Garganega, Trebbiano, Chardonnay
Vinification: After gentle crushing and pressing, the grapes go through cold maceration on their skins. Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature of 12-15 ° C. A proportion of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, and the remainder is aged in wood to add greater depth and complexity.
Tasting note: Pale straw yellow in colour, the nose has a fine, fruity and delicate aroma. On the palate it is dry, fresh with gentle floral notes.
Food match: Perfect as an aperitif, or with an antipasti selection, it is also a good match for green or grain salads, fish cooked in a light sauce or lighter chicken dishes such as chicken & lemon skewers.
